SUMMARY

We are an innovative and market-leading software and services company serving clients in the utility sector ranging from new entrants to large existing suppliers, delivering sophisticated software solutions and managed services. Our technology supports both traditional and modern, real-time, smart-energy clients.

The Business Analyst plays a critical role in ensuring our products remain compliant, customer-centric, and technologically sound. You will gather, analyse, and document business and industry requirements, working closely with other members of the Product team along with Engineering and Operations teams throughout the full development lifecycle. You will help shape product design, assist with industry-driven change, and ensure that new functionality delivers value to our customers.

We are offering a temporary opportunity (until the end of 2026) for someone interested in developing their Business Analysis skills within the Product Team. You will support the team through a period of increased workloads and shifting responsibilities while gaining hands-on experience in a key functional area.

We operate a Hybrid working policy so you will be able to flex between working in the office and your home location to carry out this role. But during your initial training period the need to be in office with other team members will be essential.

This is a varied and dynamic role suited to someone who takes pride in high-quality output, is comfortable engaging with a wide range of stakeholders, and can adapt quickly to new challenges.
